The RLF1500 is a half-body LED panel for home and clinic use. At 91 × 30cm it covers the torso, the back, or a full leg in a single position, and it carries the same seven-wavelength engine and control set as the larger RLF3000 and RLF6000 in a size that suits a spare room rather than a treatment suite.
Measured output
89 mW/cm² at 15cm, measured on a Hopoocolor OHSP350IR spectrometer.
That figure is a measurement, not a centre-point maximum presented as an average. Irradiance on any LED panel is highest on axis at the centre and falls towards the edges, so for calculating treatment time we suggest working to around 80 mW/cm² across the panel face. Our approach to measurement, and the reason we do not use solar meters, is set out in our note on irradiance testing.
Wavelengths
Seven wavelengths, each independently dimmable from 0 to 100%:

Wavelengths can be run singly or in combination. Most users work with red and near-infrared together; the blue channel is separate and is not required for a standard session.
Controls
A touchscreen on the panel and a handheld remote give the same functions. Dimming runs 0–100% on each wavelength. Near-infrared pulsing is adjustable from 0 to 9999Hz. The timer runs 1–30 minutes and shuts the panel off at the end of the session.
The LEDs are flicker-free, which matters if the panel is used in the same room as a camera or by anyone sensitive to light modulation.

Mounting
The panel ships with a door hanger and chains. For freestanding use, the base stand is the lightweight option, the wide base stand adds castors and load capacity, and the pneumatic stand allows horizontal or vertical positioning and can carry two RLF1500 panels linked together.
Choosing between panels
Size, not output, is the main difference across the RLF range — irradiance is comparable throughout, so a larger panel treats a larger area in the same session rather than delivering a stronger dose.

Supply and delivery
Stock is held in the UK and dispatched from here as UK-specification units with a three-pin plug fitted, so there is no import VAT, customs charge or courier handling fee to pay on arrival. Free UK delivery on orders over £400. Warranty work and returns are handled in the UK.
Questions
How long is a session?
Between 10 and 20 minutes at 15–30cm is a typical starting point, with the timer set accordingly. Total energy delivered is irradiance multiplied by time, so a longer session at a greater distance delivers a comparable dose to a shorter one held closer.
How far from the panel should I sit or stand?
15cm is the distance our published irradiance figure is measured at. Greater distances reduce irradiance but increase the area covered, which is often the better trade for whole-torso work.
Is eye protection needed?
The panel is bright and should not be looked into directly. Goggles are not supplied with the RLF range; closing the eyes or turning the face away is sufficient for body treatment. This differs from our narrowband UVB lamps, where eye protection is a requirement rather than a preference.
Does it need a special electrical supply?
No. It runs from a standard UK 13A socket at 463W, comparable to a domestic hair dryer on a low setting. A UK three-pin plug is fitted as standard, so no adaptor or rewiring is required.
Can two panels be linked?
Yes. Two RLF1500 panels can be mounted and linked on the pneumatic floor stand to give a taller treatment area.
What does the warranty cover?
Three years on the panel, handled in the UK. LEDs are rated at 50,000 hours, which at 20 minutes a day is well beyond the warranty period.
Is this a medical device?

Went and collected my panel in person and just got it all nicely set up. Brighter than expected but I guess that is a good thing :-) Oliver was helpful and gave me a few tips so we shall see.

Das Produkt ist gut aber leider war gibt es für die Wellenlängen 480, 630 und 660 keine Puls Option was für mich aus der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich war. Ansonsten bin ich zufrieden.

Very happy with my purchase! Seems like a very sold construction and pretty easy to operate. I like using the light but maybe a bit early to review the benefits, although I do think my skin looks brighter and clearer after just a few sessions. Just a nice thing to have in the house and relaxing to use :-)
Extrem toller Kundenservice - Beratung war 1A. Oliver hat geduldig alle Fragen per Chat und Email beantwortet .Lieferung erfolgte zügig und ohne Probleme. Nutze das Gerät nun seit fast 3 Wochen jeden Morgen für 10 bis 15 Minuten um mit Vollpower in den Tag zu starten . Sogar meine Katze legt sich mit dazu. Bin mega zufrieden.
Gerade jetzt im Winter ein Benefit auf den ich nicht mehr verzichten möchte. Danke und die Erweiterung mit der Saunadecke ist in Planung und kommt hoffentlich auch bald zum Einsatz, freu mich schon drauf.
