Payments and Delivery
What payment options do you accept?
We are happy to accept secure payments via Paypal, Klarna or most popular credit cards. You may also pay via direct Bank Transfer in the UK and our system will send our full banking details via email, but please note that this option may delay despatch of your order by 1 or 2 working days until your payment has cleared.
How much is delivery?
UK Shipping is £4.95 for most orders, although this may be adjusted for special orders and a final price will be shown at checkout before you need to complete payment.
The shipping cost for these European countries is €4,95:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino , Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
The shipping cost for these European countries is €12,95:
Cyprus, Liechtenstein, Malta, Monaco, Serbia.
The shipping cost for Switzerland is CHF 8,95.
The shipping cost for these countries is €19,95 (and further import taxes may apply):
Albania, Bahrain, Belarus, Georgia, Israel, Hong Kong, Qatar, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, United Arab Emirates.
For deliveries outside of the UK & EU further costs (customs duties and import taxes or duties may apply). In these cases, the extra charges must be paid by the buyer upon import and are not included within our published prices. E.g. Switzerland, Jersey & Guernsey are all shipped VAT free from our warehouse.
All orders are shipped in plain packaging. We normally use Royal Mail, DHL or UPS. Please follow your tracking number, and any Royal Mail, DHL or UPS notes through your door, to ensure that goods are not refused (as this may incur additional charges for you if we need to resend the items).
If your delivery destination is not shown above this could mean we do not deliver to that country, but you may request an exception by emailing us, and we will try to offer an affordable solution depending on the items being ordered.
Is your site secure?
When placing an order or accessing your Dermfix online shopping account you will note that our website pages are secure via https:// and Google Trust Services. If you visit any page on the website with https:// at the start of the address you can access more information about the certification by right-clicking the padlock in the address bar.
Are my card details safe with you?
When checking out you will see that we use a secure page for the card transactions and personal details. We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
What if I purchase more than one item?
Our carriage charges are fixed, so you can purchase many of the same items for one single carriage cost.
How long will delivery take?
We despatch from our UK warehouse to all UK addresses, and items shown on the website are generally always in stock, so depending on your exact location in the UK this is normally within 2 to 3 business days, although you should be able to use your allocated tracking number to easily monitor progress. You can of course always email us to check on your order.
Can you deliver to my work address or another residential address?
This is normally no problem at all. Please just complete the alternative delivery address when shown at the checkout. We will contact you if there are any security issues.
How do I place an order?
Ordering from Dermfix is easy! Once you find an item you would like to purchase, simply click the "Add to Cart" button in that product's description page. You can check and adjust the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the “Cart" button at the top right of the page. If you decide to remove an item from your cart, just click “Remove” for the product you would like to remove. You can also adjust the quantity of any product in your shopping cart using + and - buttons.
Once happy with your selection you should click on the “Checkout” button to proceed. Next you will need to enter your phone number or email, the delivery address, (you can click to adjust the billing address if different), your choice of shipping method and finally payment via one of the options offered. Finally, you will need to click on the “Review Order” button to check and then complete your order. The website will then show your confirmed order number and also despatch a confirmation email to your inbox. In the case of any problem or query you can always email us at info@dermfix.uk
Can I track and view my orders?
Once you have a registered account on the Dermfix website you will be able to log-in and view the progress of your order, confirm your order number, and contact customer services with your exact order details if necessary. When logged into your private Dermfix account you can change invoice and delivery addresses, change passwords, print copies of orders, and of course re-order more items quickly and easily.
