Replacement Flat Lense for Dermfix 1000MX

A replacement flat lens for the Dermfix 1000MX. This is the plain perspex screen the lamp uses once the comb attachment has been taken off.

Flat is the configuration for skin that is not covered by hair: forearms, elbows, knees, shins, the trunk, the hands and the feet. With the comb removed the lamp presents an even face, which can be held flush to the area being treated or at whatever distance the instructions specify.

The 1000MX arrives with a screen already fitted and a second flat perspex screen packed loose as a spare. This listing replaces either of them.

Perspex is not glass, but it does scratch, and it can craze or crack if the lamp is dropped onto a hard floor. A screen in that condition should be changed rather than kept in service. Inspect it when you clean the lamp; it is a cheap part and there is no reason to persist with a damaged one.

Whichever screen is fitted, protective eyewear is still worn for the whole of every session.

No. The 2000SX has a different housing and different dimensions, and this screen is listed for the 1000MX alone.
